Help! Don't Want Jelly Bean!

Is there any way to prevent jelly bean from installing? When I clicked on the install later button, it said it will install in 12 hours. What will happen in 12 hours? Will I get another promp to install? Or will it install automatically? Is there any way to prevent the upgrade?

Sooner or later I believe it will install while you are not looking.  You do realized that tethering is not a perk under an unlimited plan, but costs ($30 ??) as an additional feature if you want to use it.
