Phone will NOT Power On. White Light when I connect charger

My phone will NOT power on.  I have removed the battery, SIM, Media card, everything. Left Battery out for more then 10 minutes. There is a white light when I plug in the Charger.  This is what I woke up to after leaving it charging over night (well from midnight-5am)
