Get error when trying to play videos

I can't play any videos sent to my email or one's that I've downloaded...I get an error message.....what am I doing wrong and what is the solution........Thanks !!!

what's the type of video file you're trying to download? Is it .wmv or .3gp? What's the flie extension say?
