Verizon CD_drive launched upon USB connection?

Just accidentally install the Verizon mobile CD-Drive, and got a lot problems with that.

Every time I plugged my device, it popped up and I have to wait for 30 secs to be able to view my files.

I can't remove it anyway. Have searched for any possible ways, including call ##7764726 (not working anymore)

Hi Quix, We want you to be able to easily manage your media! Where did you get the CD that you installed? What is the exact name of the software? What type of operating system are you using on your computer? I look forward to troubleshooting with your further.

Is there any update on this? Its not a CD. The user was stating that when the phone is connected via USB, it states it is connected as a Verizon CD Installer. It delays connection of the phone as a media or camera device. How do you prevent the CD Installer on the phone from even starting. It affects the use of Android Auto.... Also, the CD Installer is unneccessary.
