Finally got the update that started rolling out yesterday.
Where r u located? Is it as good as advertised? I'm in the NY area and nothing yet.
I am in California but I just did the force update trick and got it.
I just forced the OTA update also and it worked great!!!
When I go to that page via settings and I press system updrates it responds with last checked and the time. What do I press to force the update? Remember I am in the NY area.
There should be a button called "Check Now" to force it to check for an update.
I have decided to wait and see if it comes to my Nexus on its own.
Ok caninelover.you go to settings then go to apps then scroll to the right twice to all. Then scroll down to Google services framework click on that then clear data and force stop. Then back out and go to about system update and check now. You might have to repeat this multiple times. I had to do it over five times.
im in Jersey and after forcing 3 times i got the update.

I don't like it. 1. The Lock Screen looks amateurish. They bolded half the time but not the other. It looks like my 10yo designed it. 2. Battery life seems hosed. The phone has been warm all day. Never had that trouble before. Fully charged battery lasted 5 hours.
But if I can go a couple days without the random reboot - I'll be happy.
I am loving the update new camera is sweet, no battery drain issues at all. The lock screen clock can be removed and replaced with any of your widgets installed i believe
