I dont know if anyone can help me or not but i was on my phone and i went to the app store and as i did my phone completely froze so in order for it to do anything i had to remove the battery and when i turned the phone back on it came up with a page that said Recover phone backup phone and there were some more options. but now the phone will do nothing at all. it just flashes. does anyone know whats wrong with it?
