Lost ability to TAG photos after update to Jelly Bean 4.1.2

After Verizon pushed the new Jelly Bean 4.1.2, I lost the ability to TAG and SEARCH for photos that I had previously tagged with a comment. I had a some 1500+ photos in my album.

This is a MAJOR problem as I had added TAGS for a lots of WORK photos.

Has anyone run across this problem?

Anyone listing at Verizon?
