If I have a 4G phone with a SIM card, and so does my friend, If we switch SIM cards, will we be able to basically switch phones? and then could we switch back? Or would this cause problems on our phones?

Some 4G LTE phones have different SIM card sizes then other 4G LTE phones. I would also verify that the phones you want to switch are using the same size SIM card.
