Hi,

You were performing an update to a device using the Wireless Update method.  There was an error during the proceedure and now you need to update using a computer and Blackberry Desktop Manager.  First, you will need to perform a security wipe and remove all of your data from the device.  Then, install the update using a computer and BDM.  For more information on doing this proceedure, see the attached pdf file.  Hope this helps.
