It says my video is too large to send and it's only 3 or 5 seconds - what am I doing wrong?
If you are trying to send it via text message, the file size may exceed that allowed for texts; try sending it via e-mail
It does it when I try to e-mail my videos as well.
Hey there TechyiGina!We want you to be able to share even the shortest of life's moments! Let's see what we can do to make the video go through.First off, are you able to send a picture message? There is a block that may be on your line that you need to remove. Secondly, are you able to upload the video to a website such as Facebook or anywhere else? Please go into your video gallery and long press on the file. It should give you the file size. Take a look here http://bit.ly/TZJgnL to ensure that it is not oversize. Sometimes even a short clip that is shot in a higher resolution may not fit. Lastly, are you using any sort of third party application to send the message or is this the default application on the device?
