Camera App Keeps Crashing

Everytime I try to open up my camera, it goes to a black screen, then automatically closes. I have started the phone in safe mode, and got the same result. I have performed a factory reset, and the issue persists. There are not other apps on the phone that use the camera, so it isn't a third party app causing the issue. Is there anything else that I should try, or will I have to send in my phone?

You might Try replacing the Sim as a Long shot before exchanging for a New one and you could have the Store Flash your Maxx as i said it's a long shot but it's worth a Try that's what i would do..
