i got the latest update on my thunderbolt and now my phone takes 30 seconds or so to load the home page any time i open the phone or return .. boils down to very slow navigation from on app to the next... not the idea for an upgrade and not what i once had prior to update.. very frustrating and not a happy customer .. the solution is not a  "reset" which poses other issues ..

Wow! I'm very sorry to learn that you are having issues with your device after a recent software update. Software updates are meant to provide a better experience instead of a worse one. My apologies for the issues you are having. However, I have great news! HTC Support has updated us with a few minor issues that may be developing after this update. HTC has actually listed a FAQS section and resolution suggestions to resolve these problems. It is recommended after all software updates that a hard reset is completed.
