Can't Forward picture messages from my BB Storm.

I receive picture MMS but can't forward them. When I fwd as MMS the pic shows as a green or grey box. I tried turning my phone off/on, a soft reset and pulled the battery. I saved the pic and then sent it but did the same thing. Any thoughts?

There has been a couple issues recognized for this like stated above. However, try resending your service books.

How do I resend service books on my Storm?

Go To Options

Advance Options

Houst Routing Tables

Hit the menu key

Select Register Now

Wait about 2 minutes

Do a battery pulll

Once your device resets, see if their is any improvement. This has helped a few other members as well.

Sending service books is not going to fix this issue. This is a known bug in .75 OS. That it enough said. You cannot forward any pic using MMS PERIOD. [keep it relevant] Their is a fix but I cannot tell you on this forum. Imagine that.
