Which PDF file did it link you to? I am getting the April 2012 one for 2.11.605.19 710RD which isn't ICS and was a maintenance update.

The heading says -

Apparently no, it hasn't been changed since the update Ann mentioned. If you click on the Benefits of the Software Update pdf that's on that page, it talks about the update that she referenced.
TBoltOwner if you click on the link "Benefits of Software Update" you will find out that it is the latest update that came out in April (Version 2.11.605.19 710RD). Verizon has never updated the website.
Well that's not very nice of Verizon.
