Keyboard and Internet completely uninstalled from phone

Yesterday, the Internet app that came standard with the phone started showing a message that said "This linked app is no longer installed", and then today, my keyboard quit popping up whenever I went to input any type of writing i.e. google, text, and market. They are no longer shown in settings when you go to manage all applications. What should I do? I have only had this phone for about a week too :smileysad:

I would recommend performing a master reset to be honest. Those are all basic functions and pre-installed applications that come with your Incredible. I would also back up contacts through Backup Assistant if you haven't done so yet, and make sure that you have your registered Gmail information handy. This way you can setup your phone again the way you had it originally and recover any purchased apps.
