Had to reload OS. Afterwards Backup Assistant was not on my BlackBerry. When I downloaded the online version it does not request my pin and I cannot sync my phone with my contacts that were backed up to Verizon"s website. I can see the contacts, I see my pin and have read the instructions. The version of BAP that I have does not have an option selection that allows me to change pin. I am frustrated. Have opened a case with Verizon and I am still waiting on an answer... Presently, this new app is a huge disappointment to me.
