I haven't been able to connect to LTE since yesterday in Long Beach, only 3G

Had the same problem today! Couldn't connect for 4g, 3g, or ANYTHING, AT ALL, the whole day today.
My MiFi 4510L was only showing a 3G (purple indicator) signal and not picking up the 4G (green indicator) signal. Did everything from battery pull to admin console reset ... nothing worked to solve it.
To access the Admin Console when connected via WiFi with the MiFi, use a browser and go to (you'll need to know your admin password if you set one up): 192.168.1.1
Found the Firmware update instructions and followed it to update from FW 2.16.03 to the new FW 2.28.02 and my 4G connection is working again (green indicator light)!

Ive been having the same problems all today, just tried to call tech support and the call dropped...whats going on is it a defect? I cant get anything, call drops, no data....
