About once a day my phone tries to download this update (I'm assuming it's ICS), and it works on the download for a while and fails after getting to 100%. This happens both over 4G and wifi, and no other error messages or information are displayed.
Not sure how to start troubleshooting this. Is there someplace I can look in a log to see why it failed? Any troubleshooting steps folks can offer?
The current Android version is 2.3.4
