No call sounds

All of a sudden my Droid Charge will not make a sound when receiving a call, I do get sounds for texts messages.  This just happened today.  The other day I lost my contacts and had to re-install BackUp Assistant.  Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, how do I fix it???

Let's get this figured out for you, since I don't want you missing any calls on your Charge. I know how important this is! Please check your settings by following these steps:



Menu

Settings

Sound Settings (Make sure "Silent Mode" is not checked)

Volume



Once you click "Volume," you will see a screen that shows the volume settings for incoming calls, media, system volume, and notifications. Please let me know if this helps, thanks!
