For months before the ICS update my data dropped on and off, and I could get it back for whatever duration I needed it by opening a web browser or switching from 4g to 3g. Enabling my mobile hotspot was spotty, at best, and drove me crazy. Even connecting via ethernet was spotty. I thought ICS was supposed to fix this issue, but it hasn't. I am still not holding a data connection. I have pulled the battery and sim for the two minutes the techs said to. I cleared cache partitions. I set the new ICS to operate on CDMA only. I am still having the issues. I am lost.
