Is there an easy shortcut to turn this phone on vibrate?
You should be able to hit the volume down till you get to vibrate.
Think of it as a windows thing:
Settings, (pin to your start menu) > ringtones and sounds Turn off ringer and turn on vibrate. Done
No need to do this, like posted above with the 822 just turn the phone on, don't need to unlock and hit the volume down button till it hits 0 or tap on the icon to the right to toggle to vibrate.
Yes, I was irritated when I installed the latest update and the volume slider on the locked screen had be taken away.
I appreciate that they consolidated all of the volume controls in one place in the settings, but why did they have to take away the locked screen volume feature.
