is there anyway to completely re program my phone without it on me. my boyfriend stole it

  Your options are very limited if not impossible once you do not have the phone. I would assume that you did not have any of those apps installed that let you remotely manage the device? (IE wipe, lock, disable, etc) Once you have disconnected the service, even over the air options are now not an option.
