My phone was fully charged this morning. Then it suddenly turned off. When I try to turn it on now all I get is the verizon animation. I've tried removing the battery for 15 mins or more and still nothing. any suggestions?
Hi doozypoots! Sorry to learn that your phone is not powering on. I'm here to help you with this. I'd like to ask how long you have had the phone and if the battery being used is the original battery? Have you tried a different battery? If you leave the phone plugged into the charger, does it power on? If you do this and the phone powers on, chances are good that a new battery is needed.
