Can't send picture/MMS messages

I recently had to reactivate my droid x, and I used to be able to send and receive MMS messages. After reactivating the device I'm unable to send picture messages. I receive pictures fine but when I text a picture to someone else the message always fails. This happens both when WIFI is on and off, and when WIFI is on I can see that the 3G is being accessed to send the message but nothing ever happens.

Sending picture messages is a great feature when it's working properly!  I would love the opportunity to resolve this for you!  Are you able to send standard text messages?  Are you able to access the mobile web while connected to the 3G network?  Lastly, are you using a 3rd party messaging application?  If so, please uninstall http://bit.ly/SxOFkX and retest.  Let me know so I can further assist.  Thanks!
