1. How does she undue screen password and is there a way to check to see if see a virus, phishing, etc?
If she's talking about the screen lock, it can be changed by going to Settings > Security & Screen Lock.
You can download/install antivirus software from Google Play; several have additional features, such as finding your phone and wiping the data if it's lost/stolen (such as Lookout or Avast).
