Needing a phone with a keyboard and takes good pictures?
That's very vague. You need to define "good picture". Since I'm assuming you want a basic phone you're choices are very limited.
Verizon has 4 basic phones with physical keyboards. 3 of them have a 2.0 megapixel cameras one has 1,3 megapixel camera. None of them has a flash for the camera. I wouldn't consider any of those cameras "good", Maybe "good enough" if you want quality similar to the old fashioned disposable cameras you could get at a drug store for $5 that came preloaded with film and you dropped off to be developed.
