Is there a way yet to block the texting history online on a Family Share plan account so others cannot view sent and received texting information?
Only the person registered on My Verizon as the account owner sees voice and messaging usage history and billed records. Anyone else on the share account who uses My Verizon only sees the number of minutes and message used and the date and time of the last call/message when signed in with their separte username and password.
There is no way to block the usage history from displaying for the Account Owner. However, unless you've shared your username and password with someone else, then this shouldn't be a problem.
Where do you find the numbers i have texted and is there any way i can see the message?
Good afternoon davidcross,
I can help with your questions. The message history is available through your online primary account only. You are required to sign in with the User ID and Password you selected at the time of setup. Any other user(s) who decides to setup an online account for their specific number, will not be able to view details of your usage.
Your message content is not available online. The only way to obtain this information is with a subpoena for legal purposes.
Lastly, you can view the message history online by logging into your online account and following the instructions below:
Under the BILL column click View Usage. The My Current Usage page displays.
If appropriate, Select A Line to view usage for a different line.
Thank you,

It seems to skip days and times throughout the entire cycle. I know for a fact there were more text messages and phone calls but they are not showing up. Does anyone know why? Is there anything that can be done to fix it?
