I've been able to text other short codes, but for some reason I get a response from others, but when I try to text "redcross" to 90999 to make the mobile donation for the disaster relief effort, nothing happens. No response, no text. Anyone else having the same issue? I called customer care and they have no answer, and are unaware of the issue.
