My Droid RAZR has started "ringing" which means the tone used for incoming calls (it's the same for all calls, and uses one of the standard tones 'Sitar') starts to 'ring' except no one is calling. Worse, it started last nite and again in the middle of the nite. I keep the phone on all the time since I use it for work.
I turned off the RAZR, waited, turned it back on but it is still happening.
HELP!
