Why do people keep getting multiples of the same text from me?

My texting has been fine until recently. Lately, every time I send a text, the person receiving it asks me why I sent it 3 or more times. I only sent it once from my phone and my phone only shows that I sent it once. If anyone has any idea why this is happening, please tell me because my friends are getting annoyed by it!

It happens. My daughter's old phone used to send two EVERY time, to everyone. Seems to be a system glitch, or possibly a phone glitch. You can try a battery pull with the phone on and see if that resets anything, it won't hurt, and probably won't help but it's worth a shot. You can try a different phone - now tha tmy daughter has a new phone, we aren't getting duplicates from her.
