I have been in Italy for 10 days, Lido, Venice and Bologna, with no problems with my service. I arrived today in Florence and have not had service since. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?
Are you using the phone in global mode? What kind of SIM card do you have in the device? The Verizon Wireless 4G LTE SIM card? One from Vodafone (Verizon's Europe partner) or a local SIM card?
