new droid razr from verizon

when i had the last razr it get very hot and no service , so i contacted verizon , and on 1-22-2013 i got shipped

i have a home business and i have no service in my home but when i had t-mobile id get 3 bars in my home

ive reset to fackory 15 to 16 times now and ive reboot the phone 13 times and still NO SERVICE

the house walls are made of drywall and plaster

look at the pictures posted , im in the upstairs room with the window open ( cold wisconsin weather ) and when im by the windows with it opened i get 1 bar

it must be the house

i need verizon to help me , but my cell phone is the only phone i have

i was told by a rep on twiter that i quailif to get a early termination with no fees

i move to each window and still no service

i just shelled out $87.99 for a bill that has 47 mins and 29 text and 175mb data

when i had my iphone 5 i had it for 2 1/2 months , id do 300mins and 600 text and i had 1gb data i used about 709mb each month ( but the motherboard failed in the iphone 5 )

i atleast want verizon to give me something in return

im very unhappy with my service , if this doesnt get fixed im forced to call them again and tell them i dont want verizon anymore and im not paying the etf cause , im not getting the right answers and any service in my house

I don't really understand your post.

What does "on 1-22-2013 i got shipped" mean? Did you start service with Verizon? Did you leave T-Mobile? Did you already have service and you just purchased a new phone. What is the significance of that date.

It isn't necessarily the house. Just because 1 service provider has good service in an area, it does not mean that another service provider will have good service. T-Mobile and Verizon use different towers and their service footprint can therefore be different.

If you don't have service where you live, why did you not leave Verizon when you had the chance. Even if you purchase a new phone, you have 14 days to determine if the purchase is the right decision. You can return the phone at any time within that 14 days to get out of the contract without an ETF. Why didn't you do so and go with T-Mobile who has better service where it is most important for you?
