I just updated my Curve (8530) via my computer and am experiencing many issues. It deleted some contacts and mixed contact information together. I am surprised and really disgusted that this happened. Any help?
I have been having the same issues, and I'm pretty ireate because I was hesitant about doing the update. I plan on calling, but as far as the contacts deletion/mix-up, they are probably lost in the void.
Absolutely ridiculous.
Can you restore your contacts from the backups that you made before you upgraded?
