On my wife's S3 it has a circle going around & around like it's frozen. I did a restart & soft reset, it still shows the circle in the lower left. I've never seen that before.
That symbol means that the background sync is working. It might be possible that something is taking a long time to sync or it could be stuck.
Thanks Ann, how do i fix this? I cleared the data, restart & soft reset. Maybe go into Sync & look to see if it's set correct?
