Is it true about 4.1.2 update?

I've seen where everyone on other carriers that gets the 4.1.2 update are also getting the Premium Suite, but Verizon is not going to include it when they do theirs for the S3... is this true? I purchased the S3 because I was going to have the functionality of the Note 2 but not have a massive sized phone... now I'm not going to have it?

I think it comes down to, again, don't purchase a phone (or anything, for that matter) based on what it MIGHT get in the future, but instead, based on what it currently has.

The thing is, everything I researched on the phone gave the impression that it was already on the phone, when I asked about it to one of the reps AFTER I purchased it and didn't have it, I was told it was coming in the next update. Now, I'm seeing everywhere online that it's probably not going to be included in the update.
