I usually don't like to Start new thread's unless there is a Definite need and this one is: As it says above Jelly Bean is Going out in Phases! Owners Go on your Devices to About Phone and See if the Update is There if so Make sure you have a Fully Charged Battery and it's a Good thing to be Hooked to a Wi-Fi! If your not the closer you are to a Tower the Better to get the best Quality signal you can the reason it's a big Download .. Good Luck!

I just Got mine as Well). Hey Jim you on here this Morning how about you did you get the OTA notice on your Maxx mine Just popped up on my Maxx 20 min. ago I haven't done the download Yet.. i pushed it off for a Bit i want my Maxx hooked up to the Wi-Fi and have it hooked up to the Charger before i push the update to the Phone i heard it's a Big Update and it's well worth doing both of these things before going through with it..
I didn't get an update notice, I checked System updates and it was there.
To Go with the Roll out i Found the New User Manual Update For Jelly Bean For the Razr / Razr Maxx and i also included the New Updated Help Page from Motorola..

They ain't kiding when they say HUGE down load. 222 updates to the Android operating system. Takes a while from start to finish, but I am still in 3G area so 4G may go faster. Can't wait for it to finish so I can play.
So I played and I must say I am slightly underwhelmed. Maybe I just need a little more time with it.
It's different but then again it looks like they just Slapped a Band-Aid over ICS and called Jelly Bean i mean seen some changes but not like what you find in one of the Samsung's or even the New Razr Maxx HD but any hoo i'm glad it's done and i will enjoy it for what it is and Does b
