Recently, whenever I turn on my lock screen to unlock it, it just stays at "swipe to unlock screen". I can't swipe, cause it won't move. So I turn the screen off and try again, and it just stays dark. I have to take out the battery and restart the phone, which is really annoying because I have a case that is really hard to get off! It has happened twice today, and it is getting on my nerves. At one point, my phone was burning up, but the other times it happens when the temperature is normal. Help!
