Synching with Google

Had to reset my phone and I am not able to open my Google acct.  I type in the correct email and p-word and I get a message back saying it is not correct.  I have no trouble accessing Google from computer, just phone.  Though I can can access it through the browser.  Help?

Resetting your phone is never fun and I want to ensure you're able to get right back into the swing of being mobile!



I'm sure you tried this, just in case you can "show password" to make sure it's going in correctly. On your computer, try logging out of gmail and manually typing your password in, just to be sure!



If this is on the main setup screen, you can bypass the setup and go straight to Settings > Accounts & Sync and try adding the gmail here instead.



What type of signal are you seeing (3G, 4G, WiFi)?
