Credit card/debit card/gift card are the only options at the moment. If you don't have a credit card/debit card, or you are someone who doesn't trust online card info, get a visa "gift card" - You can purchase a "visa gift card" at any grocery/convenience/"walmart" store and use that just fine with Google checkout. You can also get one at almost any bank.
