Phone keeps on restarting

I have had my phone since August and ever since then, it has been restarting. Not only that, sometimes my camera does not work. I have to turn my phone off and take the battery out and then put it back in. Also, when I try to use mobile data, I have to restart it myself. I really do not want to switch to a new phone, but if it comes down to that, I will. Has anyone else had this problem before? Oh and when I turn my phone back on it always says that I live in the UK.

Wow! Thanks for doing all that work with your phone. It sounds like we have a few different things going on. If I may ask, do you have any third party applications like battery saver or photo editing? The symptoms that you were having are usually present when an application or applications are affecting the device. I would recommend putting the device in Safe Mode (http://bit.ly/vW58PM) so no applications load, then uninstall recent applications. You may even need to do a master reset (http://bit.ly/swCYZF) if the issue is not solved after removing applications. Please keep us updated about any progress.



Also, in terms of the location showing as the UK, simply go into the weather application, select your menu button (small 3 dots) and change to the location that you would like it defaulted to. You can even press and hold on London and remove it from the app completely.
