BB Bold 9650 and Social Media Registration Problems

I just got my BB Bold 9650 today.   When I try to sign up on Facebook, Twitter, etc., it says that my email or password are incorrect and are case sensitive.

 

I never use upper and lower case and I have even changed the password to make it simpler to load on the phone, yet none of these services seem to want to accept the registrations.

 

Yet, when I log in from the internet, everything is fine.

 

Any suggestions?

Hi.  I am sorry you are having issues with logging into social networking sites from your blackberry.  I can certainly look into this issue further. 

 

Are you using specific applications to access these sites?  If so, try to delete the application and reinstall it.

 

If that does not work, please let me know exactly what type of applications you are using, and did you download any other applications before you tried to login.
