It tells me I have insufficient network
How can I fix this
It is not connected to a network and I can't get it to change or fix this
Hey there Cherylh2!No network is not good at all! When did this start? Have you tried going under "Manage Connections" in your menu? It looks like a little tower and it should have the ability to turn on your mobile network. Also, could you try pulling the battery out for a short while? Then power it back up. It may need to re-register with the network to get signal again. Please also try to delete and re-send Service Books (http://bit.ly/RdgWNx).
