Hi, My Droid X is completely frozen with the screen on. Nothing works -I cannot even call Verizon for help - Any ideas? The on/off is even frozen. Battery on this model does not come out.
Try holding the volume down and power buttons simultaneously for 15-20 seconds and see if the phone reboots.
You don't have a DROID X if the battery is not removable. It must be a different model of phone like a DROID Razr.
This worked for my frozen DROID Razr HD with a frozen screen that wouldn't power off or on...thank you!!!
