Stuck on Start

I was charging my Thunderbolt by HTC today as it had yet again died half way through the day, and much to my dismay when i attempted to power it back on once connected to the charger it would only power to the first HTC screen and has been stuck there since. Is there any way for me to fix this or am I going to have to get yet another replacement device? These problems are getting ridiculous.

what can i do to talk to a live person about this? It's not like i can call in when this happens, because I can't use my phone.

Have you tried removing your battery? Take it out and leave it out for around 1 minute. Let me know if this helps.

Have you tried Sprint or T-Mobile??? Verizon is a has-been, washed up, bottom of the manure pile nowadays. There no fixing your phone, Andrew. We've all been there, gotten nowhere with Cust.Service or Tech support. If you ask for a replacement phone, you'll get another USED tbolt that also doesn't work. It's completely useless to continue with this company, I guarantee you your problems will never be resolved. Sorry! Better you know the truth now instead of wasting valuable time. Find another carrier, quick!
