When I dial voice-mail (*86) I get a busy signal; and it doesn't matter if I use the keypad or speed-dial or the voice-mail icon. I cannot access my messages; I can't even tell if there are any messages. I recently upgraded my son to a Galaxy S3 and inherited his old Samsung Facinate and we both have the same problem. Any suggestions??
