I am not receiving all of my emails

This has happened several times that I know of.

When I am in an area with a poor signal and I try to retrieve my emails it will stop trying to refresh and then I will not get my mails.

Today I tried to retrieve my emails at 9:15am. I only goot one that was sent at 7:30am. Now I knew this could not be right and tried a few more times and nothing. It wasn't until I got home and tried again but then I only received my email from 4:22pm and later.

I went to my computer to check my email and there were 17 email messages between 7:30am and 4:22pm.

Does any one know why this happened?

Is there a way to get my phone to receive these emails?

It is not that big of a deal today but it could have been. If I did not have a laptop at home I would never have known about these emails and if I was waiting for an important email I would always be wondering if it came now.

I know how important it is to have your emails delivered on time, kck5419! Does this occur when you're in a specific area or location? Once you leave the low service area, are your emails normally delivered? How long ago did this begin?

Please provide me with a few details and I will do all I can to address and resolve your concerns.

I set my email to sync manually and if I checked my email at 7:00am in good service I get all my emails then if I sync at 12 noon in bad service and it times out without receiving emails then I try again at 3:00pm in good service I will only get emails sent after 12 noon and none of the emails between 7-12.

I have verified this many times by checking my email at home on my computer. I don't know for sure how long this has been going on for sure but I noticed it a couple months ago. I can duplicate this problem anytime I want as I work out of town in the rural area's 90 percent of the time.
