I want to download what I have on my phone to edit my contact list and do not know how to do that on my home computer

I am trying to download what I have on my phone like my contact list so that I can edit them from my home computer. How do I do that?

How do you backup your contacts?  If via Backup Assistant, you can edit them via your on-line MyVerizon account.  If via g-mail, you could edit them via your gmail account.
