How do I get my phone to recieve and send txt messages

My phone will only receive or send txt messages when it is in extended network at my house when everyone

elses phone in the house works perfectly called support nothing they did helped with my blackberry never

had this trouble just with this phone i really need my phone

I want you to receive all those important messages vickyham! You need to keep in touch with the family! Where are you located? Does this happen in multiple areas? How often do you power cycle the device? Is there an error message when sending or receiving? Let's figure this out!
