Retrieving history

Hi, I was wanting to retrieve my text history for this entire year..is that possible? I read a couple other questions similar to mine, but I noticed different support people telling others to contact them personally, and I don't really know who to contact. I am aware that the content of the messages aren't available. and that's fine. I just know at one point I was actually able to see text history by month on my own. Please help!

You can view the last three months of text message history (time sent to and from and which numbers) through your MyVerizon account online.

I can only retrieve it for the last billing cycle only which is not how it used to be.

Look under View Bill, then use the drop-down box to select which of the last three bills (since you can only view text logs for the past 90 days) you want to review. From there, use the tabs to view calls/data/texts.

Thanks I see now, but is there no way support could help me retrieve anything further? As I mentioned before I saw in other posts where support told certain people to contact them, and they could help. It was just awhile ago, and I'm not sure if they could still do.
