My phone (an 8330) allowed me to see and change my Email Server address to incoming.verizon.net. My wife's phone (also an 8330) has no Advanced Settings button when I try and edit her verizon.net email address. Why is that?

Not a new phone. My wife and I have had the phones for several months. But Verizon just recently ended thier "Yahoo" emails, so now we have to use Verizon.net.
